The 2026 Adult Guardianship Symposium will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The event will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton – Plainfield (6089 Clarks Creek Rd., Plainfield, IN 46168). It is free to attend, but pre-registration is required, and is capped at 300 registrants.
The Symposium has been approved for 5.0 CLE/CJE credits (1.0 Ethics for 1:15pm session only). CEU/general credit is also available. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nick Parker at nick.parker@courts.in.gov.
